Would you like to increase vitality while relaxing? Develop a regular practice that may help alleviate aches and pains, improve concentration and help integrate mindfulness into your daily life?

Learn useful warm-up exercises and flowing meditative movements that relax and energise. The movements help develop balance within body and mind - grounding and yet nourishing. This ancient art has been attributed to provide many health benefits.

Come alone and practice taiji (Tai Chi) as taught by my Masters that are Lay Shaolin Monks and Vice-Chairman of Internal Medicine (NeiDan) at BeJing University and PhD graduate of Human Energy Research.  

The form has martial applications that can be practiced. The increased sensitivity generated by practicing Taiji could help us to be more aware of potentially threatening situations so that you can avoid them as well as improving confidence in your daily routine.

 Always check that you are okay to do exercise with your qualified medical practitioner prior to attending, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

 Wear loose fitting clothes.
