Being in Flow Workshop
The River Flows to the Ocean
As a 30 years' experienced meditator, and after several years teaching meditation I went back to my martial arts teacher, a Lay Shaolin Monk, PhD graduate in Human Energy Research and Vice Chairman of (Internal) Daoist Medicine of BeJing University - to learn Taiji (more commonly known as Tai Chi).
I found the Taiji we practice sky rocketed my health and progression in all walks of my life.
On the 18th January at 2.30pm at St Michaels Church Hall in Brighton I will be sharing what I have learnt and how this Taiji could help you.
The Workshop will discuss how utilising concentration (AKA meditation) and the flowing movement of this martial art could improve complete beginners, meditators, health practitioners and those interested in health and wellbeing progress spiritually (energetically), mentally (biochemical) and physically (mechanical)...
Join me for a discussion on the benefits of Taiji and some practical exercises that demonstrate the basics of our Qi Gong and Taiji, also known as DaoYinShu & XinQiShu.
Wear loose fitting clothing.
Anyone can practice Taiji - as long as you are cleared for gentle exercise from your medical practitioner, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
