A practical Daoist meditation and Qi Gong course for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Every session opens with grounding and protective Qi practice, then settles into heart-centred meditation. Non-religious and open to all.

The Diamond Heart Meditation Course -  will help attune you to be in your heart centre, heal and "Guard the One" grounding and defensive Qi practice.

It will help you to be more compassionate, loving and objectively aware in presence - a timeless sensation of being at one and in joyful presence.

Part 1 · Rooted & Protected (6 sessions, 7 Jan – 11 Feb)
• Grounding — feel steady and rooted
• Guarding the One — gathering a scattered mind
• Healthy boundaries and energetic protection
• Emptying the mind into the heart

 

Part 2 · The Diamond Heart (6 sessions, 18 Feb – 25 Mar)

• Resting in heart-centre presence
• Raising Earth Qi and uniting Heaven and Earth in the heart
• Partner work: sensing energy
• Becoming the diamond light of the middle Dantian

Your teacher
Caspar Ingham has meditated since childhood and trained in Shaolin and Daoist arts since 1997. He has taught retreats, classes and one-to-ones since 2008. Many of the techniques faciltated on this course have been learnt in the early 90's and practiced ever since.
