As you progress through the classes and practice at home the aim is to achieve a more contented awareness in the present moment with a relaxed supple body. Another objective is to merge body with mind so that we are fully embodied; when this happens we are not thinking about the past or future but present in the moment.
In addition to this each student tailor their home practice to suit any remedial exercises required to help improve wellbeing on a daily basis. Daily practice is ideal, even ten to twenty minutes daily can make all the difference.
Some students just like practice when they come to class, this is also okay too, any little bit helps. As long as you have started to make a difference by coming along to class in the first place.
One key objective is to help you learn effective techniques to practice in your own time so that you are continually progressing.
Do come along and try a class and if you like it, feel the benefit and resonate with the group, book up for a series of classes for a full course.
