
Qi Gong - Learn Easy Techniques to Cultivate Qi For Health & Wellbeing

We will practice the Traditional Shaolin Method of Internal Opening Gong andThe Eight Silk Brocade Qi Gong (simplified version) as Taught by ShiFu Shi Xing Lik - 32nd Generation Shaolin Lay Monk. And/Or Direct Method Yin Organ Meridian Qi Gong for Health and Vitality as Taugh by Shi Xing Fa, 32nd Generation Lay Warrior Shaolin Monk depending on the groups requirements for the day.
Time: 7-8pm
Date: Thursdays ongoing from 9th July 2026
Location: St Anne's Wells gardens Circular Garden Area: Meet in front of the cafe if its your first class.
Duration: 45 minutes to an hour.
Description of what you will learn:
- Learn techniques to cultivate energy from the sun, earth and air.
- Learn easy to practice exercises to release tension and relax mindfully
- Learn basic principles of Tai Chi - The Five Essences Movement of Earth, Fire, Water, Wind and Metal.
- Learn some easy exercises you can do at home
- Learn how to connect mind with body and
- Relax and open the joints
- feel stronger in body mind and spirit
- Learn how to sense and cultivate "Qi" or life force
