Would you like to learn exercises that help your all round health? Tai Chi (Taiji); gentle flowing mindful movement is an ancient art proven by modern scientific research* that almost anyone can do.
Join our fun and friendly group in central Brighton & Hove to improve your all round wellbeing and learn excellent techniques for increased vitality and relaxation.
Our daytime class on Tuesdays from 12.30-1.30pm in central Brighton & Hove is suitable for anyone who can do gentle exercise. Beginners are very welcome to our relaxed and informative class. Our classes include a variety of attendants with varying abilities with the age range from the early twenties and over the over 70's in some instances.
Our Tai Chi (Taiji) and Qi Gong classes offer an open policy where new participants can drop-in for a one-off Tai Chi session or book up for 8 Tai Chi sessions in Brighton and save £32!
