Most people can practice this gentle yet highly effective* exercise and relaxation routine. The objective is to relax, ease stiff joints, cleanse body, mind and spirit as well as learn easy to practice exercises to do at home.

Even the basic exercises we train can help with a range of issues and are quite easy to learn.
As you progress through the classes and practice at home the aim is to achieve a more contented awareness in the present moment with a relaxed supple body. Another objective is to merge body with mind so that we are fully embodied as it is through the body awareness that we can awaken to the truth of existence while harnessing the power of our spirit to be in tune with nature and one another through heart-centeredness.
In addition to this each student can work through any health conditions or stiff joints and stresses to increase their level of well-being in the present moment. There are many techniques available from coming to these classes that may help cleanse and energise our organs to increase vitality.

Dates: 11th May, 25th May, 8th June, 22nd June, etc, until December 14th December 2024, commencing once again on 11th January 2025.
Every Second and fourth Saturday of the month.
